The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has evolved into a 300,000+ strong national police force. However, despite its growth, the NPF grapples with institutional deficiencies, ranging from inadequate human resources to weak investigative capacities and outdated technology.
These challenges have taken a toll on the morale of countless policemen and eroded public trust in the force's ability to safeguard the nation.
In response to this pressing context, the Presidential Roadmap for Police Reform emerged, envisioning a brighter future for the Nigerian Police. We were tasked with aggressively communicating PORTO's new vision, igniting hope and confidence in the force's potential.
